Are your products made to order?
Every ISAID product is created after your order is placed. We don't produce unnecessary stock, allowing us to create more thoughtfully and reduce waste.

 
Where are your products made?
We work with carefully selected production partners to create our collections.
Depending on the product, your order may be produced by different specialist partners before being shipped to you.


Will everything arrive together?
Not always.
If your order contains different product types, they may arrive in separate deliveries.
This allows each item to be produced by the partner best suited to that product.

 
Why does production take a few days?
Because every item is made especially for you.
Unlike traditional retail, we don't keep large amounts of stock waiting on shelves.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ISAID ships worldwide.


Are the prints framed?
No. Frames shown in product photography are for styling purposes only.

What paper do you use for your prints?
Our Statement Prints are produced on museum-quality semi-gloss paper.


How do the T-shirts fit?
Our Statement Tees are made using the Stanley/Stella Asher oversized fit.

Can I exchange my T-shirt if I order the wrong size?

As every product is made to order, we cannot offer size exchanges.

Can I return my order?
We only accept returns for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
